You probably are one of the first within your company that has created a SafarPass account and now your company wants to role out the service to more users and use advanced features to create departments, administrators, setup workflow approvals and travel policy.  As the creator of the company account, you are the owner of the account and you have the ability to transfer ownership to another user.  To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your SafarPass account.
  2. Click on Company Settings link on the navigation bar.
  3. Click on Users tab
  4. Under the "role" column, click on the dropdown button located next to the user and select Admin.

If you can't find the user you are looking for under the list of users, you will need to invite them and they need to setup an account.
