• You should use your usual SafarPass credentials to login to the mobile app.
  • These are the username and password you would normally use to login from a computer.
  • Usually, your username is your work email address.
  • If you've forgotten your password, you can click the link on the login screen I forgot password? to reset it

Still having trouble?

  • Make sure your app is up to date by checking in the App store or Play store to see if there is an Update button.
  • Restart the app by closing it and removing it from your open apps tab. Then reopen the app by tapping the icon.
  • Turn your phone off and on again
